Product Warranty Policy | Official After-Sales Guarantee
We specialize in the sales and service of niche department store products in the US market, consistently providing every consumer with reliable products and comprehensive after-sales support. To ensure a more worry-free shopping experience, we are now publishing our product warranty service, service timeframe, and fee rules. All customers who place an order are deemed to have acknowledged and accepted this warranty policy.

Customer Service Hours (UTC+8:00): Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM. After-sales inquiries and warranty services are not available on weekends and public holidays.
II. Basic Order Timeframe
Orders with in-stock items will normally be shipped within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). The overall delivery time is 5-7 business days. Within 12 hours of successfully placing an order, customers can contact customer service to request modifications to order information. Orders placed after this timeframe have entered the preparation process and cannot be edited or changed.
III. Product Warranty Period
All niche department store products sold in our store enjoy a full one-year official warranty service. Calculated from the date the user signs for the order, within the 12-month warranty period, for any product malfunctions that meet the warranty conditions, we will provide corresponding after-sales support.
IV. Warranty Assessment and Shipping Cost Rules
To ensure fairness and impartiality in after-sales service, we categorize product damage into two types: natural wear and tear damage and human-caused damage. Different categories correspond to different after-sales shipping cost standards, as follows:
1. Natural Wear and Tear/Non-Human-Caused Quality Damage (Within Warranty Coverage)
Within the one-year warranty period, malfunctions, damage, or functional abnormalities caused by normal use, natural aging, workmanship quality issues, or non-human-caused external force are all within the official warranty coverage.
All round-trip after-sales shipping costs incurred in this case will be borne by us. The user does not need to pay any shipping costs; we will provide full product warranty service to the user.
2. Damage Caused by Human Action (Not Covered by Warranty)
If product damage is caused by improper use, unauthorized disassembly, violent impacts, drops, water damage, unauthorized modifications, or use in abnormal environments, it is not covered by the natural warranty.
In such cases, all round-trip shipping costs for paid repairs will be borne by the user.
V. Warranty Application Process
1. After a product malfunctions, please contact us via our official after-sales email during customer service hours, noting your order number, product issue, and photos/video evidence of the malfunction.
2. After reviewing and determining the cause of the damage and confirming warranty eligibility, we will inform the user of the subsequent handling plan and return requirements.
3. The user should return the product according to the instructions. After receiving and verifying the product, we will complete the repair or replacement after-sales process.
VI. Supplementary Notes
All warranty services are strictly implemented in accordance with this policy. Products beyond the one-year warranty period are no longer eligible for free warranty service.
